About Us
We combine the science of influence with marketing practice
stormy-geyser was born from a simple observation: most brands understand that psychology influences consumer decisions, but few know how to apply it without manipulation.
In 2019, working with various brands on influencer marketing campaigns, we noticed a recurring pattern. Companies were spending tens of thousands of zlotys on collaborations with popular creators, but the effects rarely translated into lasting customer relationships. The problem lay deeper than the choice of influencer or the format of cooperation.
Brands did not understand the mechanisms that make people trust recommendations. They focused on reach, ignoring the psychology of trust, social proof, and parasocial relationships. They treated the influencer as a billboard, not as a catalyst for authentic dialogue.
Our Approach
We do not work with clients who are looking for quick tricks to increase sales. We work with brands that understand that building trust is a long-term process that requires authenticity and consistency.
Every project begins with research. We don't make assumptions about what motivates your customers. Instead, we conduct in-depth interviews, analyze decision-making paths, and test hypotheses. Only then do we develop a strategy.
This philosophy bears fruit. Our strategies are rarely based on mass campaigns with mega-influencers. More often, we recommend collaboration with micro-creators, whose communities are smaller but their engagement is authentic. Sometimes we completely reject influencer marketing and propose building a brand's own community.

Who We Work With
We have completed projects for companies from various sectors: cosmetics, financial services, online education, wellness, organic food. One thing connects them all: they understand that customer trust is an asset built over years and destroyed by one ill-considered move.
We do not sign confidentiality agreements for projects we deem unethical. If a product doesn't work or the strategy aims to mislead customers, we refuse cooperation. This may sound pretentious, but it allows us to sleep soundly.
You want to know who you're working with. If you're looking for an agency that will do everything you ask without unpleasant questions, we're not for you. If you're looking for a partner who will tell you the truth about what works and what doesn't, we invite you to talk.
Our Principles
Science before intuition
We don't assume something works just because "everyone does it that way." We test, measure, and adjust based on data.
Authenticity before tricks
Long-term trust is built on truth, not on manipulative techniques that stop working after the first use.
Quality before quantity
One hundred engaged followers are more valuable than ten thousand indifferent ones. We focus on the depth of relationships, not on numbers.
Client education
We don't create dependencies. We teach our clients' teams to think like consumer psychologists so they can make better decisions themselves.
