How best to contact us?
If you are considering cooperation, send us an email with a brief description of your situation. You don't need to know the details of the project - a general overview of what you need is sufficient.
The first conversation is always a free initial consultation (30-45 minutes), where you will:
- Find out if the psychology of influence can help in your case
- Learn about our approach to projects in your industry
- Receive an initial assessment of which services will be most effective
- Determine the next steps if both sides believe that cooperation makes sense
We do not sell at the first meeting. Our philosophy is based on the fact that good cooperation requires mutual understanding, and that takes time.

- What problem you have – what prompted you to seek help
- What you have already tried – what actions you have taken beforehand
- What you expect – what outcome would be a success for you
If you are unsure whether your problem fits our competencies, write to us anyway. Even if we cannot help you, we will recommend someone who specializes in your field.
Location
The office is located in the center of Warsaw, near the main train station. Meetings take place both in the office and online, depending on your preferences.

Do you only work with large companies?
No. We work with companies of various sizes, from startups to corporations. More important than the company size is the willingness to invest in building customer relationships long-term and not looking for quick tricks.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A single consultation lasts 90 minutes. A communication audit takes 2-3 weeks. A comprehensive trust-building strategy can take 4-6 weeks. Mentoring is a long-term collaboration, usually at least one year.
Do you offer strategy implementation?
We develop strategies and train teams, but we are not responsible for the operational implementation of campaigns. We can recommend agencies we work with if you need support with implementation.
Do you sign NDA agreements?
Yes, we sign confidentiality agreements as standard. We treat all customer data and projects as confidential, even without a formal agreement.
Do you conduct studies outside of Poland?
Yes, we carry out projects throughout Europe. We have experience in international research and cooperate with local research partners in various countries.
